In accordance with the FEDERAL LAW FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA IN POSSESSION OF INDIVIDUALS passed on 13 April 2010, we bring to your attention the following information, requesting you to read it carefully.

RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA:

Libre Post S.A de C.V., (hereinafter Libre Post) its allies and subsidiaries, with registered address at Vasco de Quiroga 1800, Col. Santa Fe, Del Álvaro Obregón C.P. 01210, Mexico City is responsible for the processing of your personal data.

PERSONAL DATA DEPARTMENT

The Personal Data Department is the department designated by Libre Post to process requests from data subjects for the exercise of their rights derived from or inherent to their personal data.

Data subject: The natural person to whom the personal data corresponds.

COLLECTION PURPOSES AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data will be used for the following purposes: - To provide the services and/or products requested by the holder.

- To inform about changes or new services and/or products that are related to the one contracted or acquired or to be contracted.

- Fulfilling our obligations to our customers

To evaluate the quality of the service - To carry out internal studies on consumer habits and service surveys

- To send relevant own or third party advertising.

IDENTIFICATION OF PERSONAL DATA AND THEIR PROVENANCE

Libre Post S.A de C.V., (hereinafter Libre Post) its allies and subsidiaries, with registered address at Vasco de Quiroga 1800, Col. Santa Fe, Del Álvaro Obregón C.P. 01210, Mexico City is responsible for the processing of your personal data.

For the purposes indicated in this privacy notice, it is established that the collection of personal data under the responsibility of Libre Post S.A. de C.V. may take place in the ways described below:

- Registering for access to certain services
- Requesting additional information
- Sending CVs
- Participating in "join mailing lists" initiatives - Participating in newsletters, debates or forums

- Libre Post's direct contact by various means, such as personal interviews, printed reports, phone calls, e-mails and others.

- That which is obtained when someone visits Libre Post's websites, facilities, receives its services and/or purchases its products.

- Participation in events organised by Libre Post
- That which is obtained from legally available public sources.

Libre Post does not collect personal data considered sensitive, such as: racial or ethnic origin, present or future state of health, genetic information, religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, trade union membership, political opinions, sexual preference, among others.

CONSENT

The holder will consent to the processing of his/her personal data, if he/she does not express his/her refusal to that effect through the contact links referred to in this Privacy Notice.

PROCEDURE TO LIMIT THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The holder may request Libre Post to stop receiving promotional messages by fixed telephone, mobile phone, post or email and other means permitted by law, following the procedure established for this purpose, which is set out below:

The application must contain:

- The name of the holder, address and e-mail addresses for communicating the response to your request.

- Documents proving the identity or, where applicable, the legal representation of the holder.

- A clear and precise description of the personal data in respect of which you wish to restrict its use or disclosure

- Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the relevant personal data

- The request should be sent to the Personal Data Department, by any of the means of communication listed in this privacy notice as contact links.

Once the request for limitation to the use or disclosure of personal data has been received, the Personal Data Department shall have a maximum term of twenty working days to resolve the request in question, which shall be effective within a maximum term of fifteen working days, counted from the date on which the holder is notified of the response.

The procedure described above is free of charge, except for justified shipping costs (parcels) that may be incurred, which may, where appropriate, be borne by the holder.

The procedure in question is issued without prejudice to any other more expeditious mechanism that may be put in place in each Free Post medium.

ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION OR OPPOSITION (ARCH RIGHTS) TO THE USE OF PERSONAL DATA.

The owner may request Libre Post access to his/her personal data in its possession, as well as the details of the processing thereof, rectification in case of being inaccurate or incomplete; cancel them when it is considered that they are not required for any of the purposes stated in this privacy notice or are being used for non-consensual purposes or the contractual or service relationship has ended, or oppose the processing thereof for specific purposes, following the procedure established for that purpose, which is set out as follows:

The owner may request Libre Post to revoke the consent granted for the processing of his/her personal data, in order to stop the use of the same, following the procedure established for this purpose, which is set out below:

- The name of the holder, address and email addresses to communicate the response to your request.

- Documents proving the identity or, where applicable, the legal representation of the holder.

- A clear and precise description of the personal data in respect of which you wish to restrict its use or disclosure

- Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the relevant personal data

- The request should be sent to the Personal Data Department, by any of the means of communication listed in this privacy notice as contact links.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

It is Libre Post's policy to only disclose information to third parties under the following circumstances:

- When it is necessary to deliver publications or reference materials requested by a visitor.

- When requested to provide conferences or events organised by third parties.

- Where deemed necessary, personal information may be disclosed if required by law, to any authority or third party in order to comply with any legal obligation or request.

AMENDMENTS TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE

Libre Post reserves the right to modify or update this privacy notice at any time, due to new legislation, internal policies or new requirements for the provision or offering of our services and/or products. Such modifications will be available to the public through the following means:
